My wife stayed here and this is her review It was true to its description. It was warm, had extra blankets and heater, hot shower, bed was comfortable it has so handy to everything central city, excellent restaurant nextdoor i had a fantastic breakfast, staff were amazing not only front desk but christine in housekeeping . The rooms are OLD and yup its not 5 star but it was just what I was after, excellent price, I wasn't in the room all day so it served me perfectly. Airline lost my luggage but the hotel was great and called me when it arrived which was before I could check in. I felt safe in the area by myself in the evenings Surrounded by great food and coffee places

Central, roof top bar and downstairs eatery was what sold this establishment, and I was glad I took a risk with booking at the Trinity. Was awesome having a choice of ordering brekkie or dinner at either. Exactly the warm, trendy buzzy experience we wanted. We missed out on Trinity's own parking, but they booked Wilson's on our behalf for $28 for 24 hours. Pack back packs and trolley cases if this is your issue but wasn't far. The free upgrade of room did make the biggest difference! We arrived at 2.30 as planned. It was the cherry on the cake which is why I scored so highly. Asked for the extra-long bed and was a good idea and as requested. Room 613 was suburb!

Great location, so close to everything Wellington has to offer. Great sized room, comfy bed but was a bit on the warm side for us. Good sized well appointed bathroom. Love the atmosphere, staff and food in The Arborist. Did not need our room serviced during our 2 night stay so hung the Do Not Disturb on the door. When we came back later in the day, Housekeeping had left a bag outside the door with two full sets of fresh towels and an extra toilet roll, just incase. Could also use the bag for extra rubbish if needed. Nice touch people, very nice touch 👍Thinking the Trinity will be our new go to place when in Wellington.

The communication from the lovely lady at reception. I believe her name was Ruth. She went over and above with her hospitality. We were in wellington for the hikoi and running late. She text me asking how far away we were, and when we reached the motel she opened the door for the carpark. She then explained and gave us a map of how to get to our destination in the morning. We went for some dinner and she even text me to tell me my car lights were on. She was awesome thanks Ruth. And then the following morning when we were leaving the next guy was also very nice. Sorry I didn't get your name. 10/10 thanks so much.

Very welcoming upon arrival aswell as making check out so easy Rooms comfortable, had all that you needed - large TV, black out blinds, amenities jug, tea/coffee etc Room was cleaned and towels replenished each day Bonus having a roof top bar you could escape to with lovely cocktails and bar bites, as well as the restaurant next door offering yummy food. Situated very central so close to all the shops, eateries, public transport, car parking and bars. I would recommend and stay here again
